Abstract

本計畫發產高通量顯微鏡檢系統與配套演算法,包含微流通道機構設計開發、基於容器的深度學習超參數優化機制,以及教學系統開發與場域驗證。本計畫結合果去成果將開發微生物定量與分析平台,可適用不同場景的分析工作,包含六大目標(1)高通量微流體系統製作 (2)以影像分割技術降低像素層級的人工標記成本 (3)效能評估指標與模型超參數優化策略 (4)發展高通量光學顯微影像辨識模型 (5)高通量微流通道辨識系統與用於醫事檢驗的場域驗證 (6)教學、檢定平台與教學場域驗證。
