Abstract

人類呼吸鏈受損相關疾病通常是致命且缺乏有效治療方式，仔細勘查粒線體自噬與MPT間的互動在不同呼吸鏈受損所放大的病癥上扮演的病生理角色，及探討各種以MPT與粒線體自噬互動作為保護性標靶策略之生物可用性的潛力，將有助於了解並提昇及改善人類粒線體疾病的預防與治療。
