Abstract

本研究採開發一影像空間資訊為基礎的特徵萃取方式。由於生活品質提升與醫療照護的完善大幅增加了國人平均壽命,因此社會人口結構正快速老化。神經退化性疾病的人口亦大幅增加,照護的醫療的成本也日益沈重。由於神經退化疾病的不可逆特性,疾病所影響的範圍散佈全腦,且在單一區域影響的程度皆微小。本研究開發之特徵萃取法能識別疾病初期不明顯的病徵加以利用,達到疾病初期正確診斷分類的效果。本研究欲開發之演算法將可針對神經退化性疾病之影像診斷,相較於單純使用類神經網路建立之分類模型,本算法可提供之影像特徵更能反映病理特性。總體而言,更好的診斷準確率亦代表著早期診斷以及早期治療的可能性,可降低其醫療及社會照護成本。
