Abstract

顱內動脈硬化狹窄之中風,通常復發率高且易導致永久殘障,目前的治療藥物主要是雙重抗血小板和高強度Statin,但高強度Statin藥物通常有較高的副作用,治療效果無法達成。本研究是使用高解析度MRI對來自ICAS的急性缺血性中風病人進行研究,以評估PCSK9單克隆抗體alirocumab的療效和安全性。我們假設在Statin類藥物治療的背景下,加上alirocumab治療可穩定顱內斑塊且減低動脈狹窄程度。目前試驗登錄資料中並無相關進行中的研究,如本研究可觀察到正向的結果,未來值得進行phase 3的試驗,探討PCSK9抑制在有症狀顱內動脈硬化狹窄病人中的療效,進而降低再中風風險。
