Abstract
模電極組 (MEA) 為燃料電池的心臟，質子交換膜燃料電池的核心，是燃料電池中最重要的關鍵組件。測量MEA性能通常以單電池的性能來表現之。單電池的組裝常因人為的因素(組裝壓合不均一、氣密不良、短路、MEA不平整….等)導致測驗條件不一，在相同的測試條件下卻產生了兩種以上的測試結果。本計畫將設計一燃料電池準確量測氣動式壓合治具，且建立其產品MEA測試實驗數據（包含不同壓力、壓力損失、溫度差異….等）來達到下列目標：1.品質可信度2.量測結果一致3.快速更換MEA 4.提高生產力。
