Abstract

本計劃通過理論分析及配合模擬軟體,可將單顆奈米顆粒的局域表面電漿共振,周期性奈米陣列的晶格共振效應以及基板的Fabry-Perot效應都加以計算,並通過考慮奈米結構製程的與實際設計的差異,能製造出具有高品質因子的表面電漿共振超穎表面。根據應用的需要,本計劃會通過設計不同尺寸,形狀,以及周期的奈米顆粒陣列,並將其應用在藍光OLEDs以及生醫檢測的領域。在學術研究方面,這創造了一個跨領域的設計平臺,便於研究員將金屬奈米科技應用到光電半導體,生醫檢測的領域中。
