Abstract
乾眼症病變乃全球日益普及之重大眼疾之一，且病因極為複雜。隨著國人工作與生活習慣所涉及之用眼過度問題，乾眼症臨床醫學仍有病徵根源不良反應與藥物生物可利用率過低等亟待解決之環節。本計畫所開發的奈米醫藥不僅可擴增生醫材料學術專業，同時亦頗具市場規模與商化潛力。計畫衍生之新穎藥物劑型也將有助於提升社會醫療照護效益。
