Abstract

我們將使用研究團隊擁有的Dell R740XD伺服器,操作其1536 GB的Intel Optane DC Persistent Memory與384 GB的DRAM,並基於Linux DAX機制,開發對應的統一系統呼叫介面,於其下將有兩個任務需會被完成:動態將不同程序的執行時期資料配置於NVM或DRAM中,以期優化效能;實作DRAM與NVM上之與資料同步機制,確保共享之競爭資源能夠依照每個程序的效能需求妥善的定義對應之協定來管理。基於本計畫之成果,將可大幅降低一般使用者使用NVM伺服器時做效能調校的難度。
