Abstract
面對進展快速的國際學術環境，透過學門整合並建立更完善的審查制度、規劃新進教師培育及審查委員培訓、推動跨國及雙邊合作計畫、培育博士生及博士後人才，協助國內學者進行具國際競爭性的研究主題，在學門內規劃具有前瞻性、開創性之研究主題，鼓勵優秀的年輕人勇於投入研究工作等，對提升國內生物醫學的學研環境及社經發展等面向有重大意義。
