Abstract

我們提出一種檢測汞中毒的現場便攜式即時檢測設備,無需過多專業訓練即可操作。光定址電位感測器(LAPS)可輕鬆與適體結合來檢測甲基汞與汞離子濃度。為實現小型便攜設備,選用光達級別的近紅外VCSEL光源,具備小光點、高強度照明及成本低廉等優勢,選用吸收近紅外光的有機半導體與製程最佳化;而結合適體的表面固定化技術,則有機會完成感測器陣列;最後規劃使用小波轉換技術來減少從LAPS晶片收集的光電流中觀察到的基本載波雜訊。以上四項關鍵技術均無相關論文發表,深具創新性,此計畫的產出有機會直接技轉,幫相關公司快速地進入感測器市場。
