Abstract

正子斷層掃瞄(PET)最早用來提供癌細胞增生影像是目前偵測神經內分泌腫瘤的新方向,在治療的進展過程中產生各種影像以利醫師判讀。本計畫所提出數位正子斷層掃瞄的目的,為使分子影像“清晰顯現”呈現腫瘤位置。相較於傳統基於類比數位轉換器(ADC)的PET掃描儀,所提出基於稀疏注意力神經網路,應用於多電壓閾值正子斷層掃描數位儀,使用少許的比較器和時間數位轉換器,以維持高準確率。在大量降低成本的前提下,能識別出不正常細胞或極細微癌細胞,具有高識別率,貢獻値得期待。若此計畫順利執行,必可促進國內醫療電子的發展,特別和林口長庚醫院- 質子暨放射治療中心合作。後續可將數位儀的電路積體電路化,進一步提昇效果。
