Abstract

開發自動化有限元素脊椎椎體分析模型,透過國人高階電腦斷層掃描和雙能量X光吸收儀分析骨密度,基本的影像前處理能使圖像更符合重建所需,透過數值軟體進行骨結構強度預測,降低人為操作的變異性。本模型分析之結果,將與人為分析進行比對評估,以修正模型之預測能力。利用自動化有限元素分析椎體模型與受試者脊椎骨小樑細部特徵和幾何尺寸,建構以機器學習演算法為基礎的有限元素分析預測模型,該模型的價值為未來預估脊椎骨主應變數值,僅透過簡易的幾何量測和影像特徵即可預估,可節省有限元素分析的流程。
