Abstract

鼻腔內膜上皮組織的保護膜結構正常對於鼻腔健康至關重要。一般慢性鼻竇炎的患者常見到的病理生理機轉為鼻腔內膜上皮層受損,進而導致後續併發的發炎性疾病,造成鼻塞、流膿性鼻涕或嗅覺障礙。若症狀持續數年,病人之生活品質將受嚴重影響,甚至需要多次手術。此研究旨在測試我們新開發之奈米生物膠藥物載體噴劑(NANO-ADC)包裹常見鼻腔藥物,是否具有抗發炎與加速鼻腔上皮細胞修復的功效,能夠為飽受慢性鼻竇炎所苦的病人,提供全面性且有效的治療方法。
