Abstract

The most significant change in medical education in recent years, starting from 2013, the medical system will be changed to 6 years, and 2 years Post Graduate Year (PGY). After changing the educational system, the curriculums need to be followed to adjust. Would the students have pressure and learning burnout at different stages of learning? This is the issue we need to be concerned about and understanding. As the researcher also actually seen a lot of doctors and medical students have the pressure to produce physical and psychological discomfort situation, and job/learning burnout. So we want to take this research a deeper understanding of the relevant information. We hope to solve this problem. The program is a three-year long-term study. We have smoothly carried out the first year of research through the Ministry of Science and Technology subsidies. We gain the students' stress and learning burnout status and their needs. We will organize the relevant lectures for the students according to the needs and the current situation of the medical students. In the second year, we will make quantitative and qualitative survey in the first semester and second semester, and then we will hold a workshop. The third year of the study, we will also make quantitative and qualitative survey in the first semester and second semester. Finally, we will analysis the data of the three years and published papers. The program will use Questionnaire and Depth-interview to know the medical students of six-year whose learning burnout and pressure situations at different stages of learning. We will use the Perceived Medical School Stress (PMSS) measuring medical students feel the pressure situation. We will use the Maslach Burnout Inventory-Student Survey (MBI-HSS) measuring medical students learning burnout situation. We will use the SPSS statistical software for statistical analysis. Using descriptive statistical analysis to understand medical students stress and learning burnout Status. Using Inferential statistical analysis to understand the relevant circumstances and differences between the various variables. After the interview transcript Shan play, combined with research Memorandum for total consolidation.
