本計劃針對台灣特有的澱粉樣TTRA97S變異蛋白，探討其導致主動脈瓣狹窄及心肌肥大的病理機制。這些結果可以讓我們進一步了解TTR類澱粉纖維致病的分子機轉，並進一步發展出針對台灣人的新的治療方向。
