Abstract

在人力資源發展論述中，生涯發展是一種持續的發現過程，經由工作歷練慢慢發展出清晰的職業自我意識，主治醫師(attending physician)則是醫師專業身分認定養成的最終獨立工作者。本計畫嘗試探討專業身分認定之後—主治醫師的事業及家庭雙重身份認定、影響因子，以及與其事業成就及福祉的關聯性，同時嘗試以動態觀點來進行研究假設驗證。期計畫研究成果可提供醫療組織人力資源管理者關注醫療專業人員對事業與家庭身分認定需求，並藉由與事業成就及福祉的相關性，發展醫療專業人員的友善工作環境介入活動的依據。
