Abstract

本研究問題的焦點更聚焦於臨床教師身上,以了解教師如何詮釋學生的困境,以及教師的特質及輔導風格是否會影響導輔導行為。預計將可以藉此研究了解到輔導老師的人格特質及輔導風格對其輔導的影響,並藉由人格量表所分析之人格結果,提供不同人格特質及輔導風格適性的訓練課程,以提升輔導成效。
