Abstract

本研究為牙科與整形外科之跨領域研究，成果具有高度臨床應用價值，將來可依循本實驗流程與科學化的評估方式，針對造釉細胞瘤的患者建立標準化的口腔生理機能評估平台，臨床上患者接受腫瘤移除前先紀錄完整的齒列與口腔生理狀態，爾後以口腔功能恢復為導向，訂立適合的腫瘤摘除及外科重建手術與口腔贋復計劃，以術前的口腔生理機能與咬合狀態為基礎，盡可能減少腫瘤移除對於咀嚼功能所造成的衝擊，以恢復口腔生理機能為依歸，盡可能恢復到術前的狀態，藉此提高患者的生活品質，增加治療的成功率。
