Abstract

本研究為牙科與整形外科之跨領域研究,成果具有高度臨床應用價值,將來可依循本實驗流程與科學化的評估方式,針對造釉細胞瘤的患者建立標準化的口腔生理機能評估平台,臨床上患者接受腫瘤移除前先紀錄完整的齒列與口腔生理狀態,爾後以口腔功能恢復為導向,訂立適合的腫瘤摘除及外科重建手術與口腔贋復計劃,以術前的口腔生理機能與咬合狀態為基礎,盡可能減少腫瘤移除對於咀嚼功能所造成的衝擊,以恢復口腔生理機能為依歸,盡可能恢復到術前的狀態,藉此提高患者的生活品質,增加治療的成功率。
