本計畫旨在探討慢性B型肝炎（CHB）患者中特定CD8+ T細胞亞群（CD38+HLADR+PD1+）在HBsAg降低及HBV免疫清除中的功能與調控機制，透過單細胞RNA定序與流式細胞術，全面解析其基因特徵與臨床應用潛力。預期影響包括：在社會層面，提升疾病控制與患者健康；在經濟層面，推動創新治療發展；在學術層面，促進免疫調控機制研究突破，並推動先進技術應用。本研究有望提供精準免疫治療新策略，為慢性B型肝炎的治療與防控帶來重大貢獻。
