Abstract

科技部希望引入破壞性創新概念，提供學界新思維以及研究新方向。據此，本計畫透過「心流人因理論模型建構與場域APP設計之研究及驗證」，提出新思維以及研究新方向的心流人因理論模型，並在兩個場域進行APP設計驗證，解決空服員與動漫員工的現況問題。融合東西文化優點的心流人因，華人具有此發展獨特優勢，藉由國內外重新認同與肯定核心價值，形塑華人文化的學研新價值。人因工程與心流理論的發展宗旨，就是要協助社會和諧與經濟成長，尤其在未來AIOT與5G的環境，心流人因的正念與右腦潛能開發，讓人（智慧）機協作各司所長。
