Abstract

增進學界瞭解口腔癌復發及惡化過程中,磷酸化訊息傳遞尤其是受體酪胺酸激酶 (Receptor tyrosine kinase)及蛋白質生物標記分子的變化。收集FFPE樣品並回朔性驗證口腔癌預後及治療效果之蛋白質生物標記組,以期有效降低口腔癌症治療的社會經濟成本。建立及優化適用於FFPE樣品的質譜學定量技術之實驗流程,可使FFPE樣品的蛋白檢測技術更多元及更準確。
