Abstract

本計畫將建構出符合CBME潮流的實證健康照護(EBHC)師資培育路徑圖。在第1年,我們發展EBHC教師核心能力清單,並用以於檢視及調整「台灣實證醫學學會種子師資培訓工作坊」現有的課程設計。第2年,我們將建構涵蓋各level臨床教師的EBHC師資培育里程碑。第3年,我們將建立EBHC教師的可信賴專業活動(EPA)評估方式,並試行於台灣實證醫學學會及自身教學醫院內。本計畫將為台灣醫學教育發展完整的EBHC 師資培育路徑圖,填補現有EBHC師資培育的鴻溝,以推展核心能力導向的EBHC教育。本計畫成果將可供台灣醫學教育學會及其它教學醫院做為改善EBHC師資培育課程之參考。就我們所知,國內外迄今尚未有任何學者完整發展出EBHC教師之核心能力、里程碑及EPA等,故本計畫在醫學教育研究方面具充分創新性。
