Abstract

兒童過敏疾病盛行率漸增,是全世界許多國家包含台灣的重要健康課題,亟需要進一步深入研究其疾病成因與可修改的危險因子。本計畫運用我們建立的寶貴世代研究資源以及富有經驗的跨領域團隊合作,期望能有助於釐清端粒與粒線體在產前或生命早期環境空污與重金屬暴露增加兒童過敏疾病風險的致病機轉中扮演的角色與調控機制。研究成果有助於瞭解兒童過敏疾病的成因,並對早期防治過敏有所幫助。
