Abstract
脂肪肝，無論是代謝相關性脂肪肝或酒精性肝病，已經是全世界最重要的肝病。嚴重者可能會導致心血管疾病，各式各類的惡性腫瘤，甚至是肝硬化與肝癌。若能藉由本計畫找出預防和治療脂肪肝的關鍵脂肪激素，在社會上可減少因此病而減少的勞動生產力損失，在經濟上保有國家的競爭力，在學術上，更因脂肪肝的研究才剛萌芽,此計畫將可樹立脂肪肝的研究里程碑。
