Abstract

本計畫之目標為了解病毒感染對腸道上皮細胞微小核醣核酸表現的調控機制以及過量表達之微小核醣核酸對病毒感染之影響,本計畫之數據將能幫助我們了解微小核醣核酸在上皮細胞對抗感染時對於疾病發展進程所扮演之角色。因為微小核醣核酸之表現具細胞特異性,且腫瘤細胞之微小核醣核酸多處於被抑制狀態,所以本計畫多採用幹細胞分化之上皮細胞作為體外模式,因此將可收集和其它以腫瘤細胞株為對象之研究不同之數據我們在第三年時預計使用外泌體運送微小核醣核酸拮抗劑以測試此方法是否能夠有效抑制腸病毒感染造成之疾病,若能得到成功之結果,將有助於我們發展以外泌體及微小核醣核酸治療病毒相關疾病之嶄新療法。
