Abstract

能量代謝與生物時鐘關係密切。SCN旺盛代謝製造的酸,會透過鈉氫交換子NHE1排出胞外,以維持胞內nimodipine敏感性鈣離子的衡定。我們分析麩胺酸誘導鈣離子的動力學,以此為基探討NHE1對麩胺酸與GABA反應的調節。相信可以提供SCN研究領域一個新視角,有助了解生物時鐘與能量代謝的關係。
