Abstract

執行科學爲近年新興研究領域,旨在將實證療法適用於不同醫療場域並整合為例行業務之中。多數中風患者面臨手部功能恢復困難,手部機器輔助訓練能提供大量精確動作訓練,在過去隨機對照試驗中被證明有效,但在臨床實踐仍有限,且缺乏研究整合各項量測探討其復原機制。本計畫將採用執行研究與臨床試驗,探討中風手部機器輔助訓練在多臨床場域執行之成效,找出影響成效的關鍵因素與回饋意見,並進行復原機制量測。預期成果有助於引導醫療體制採用機器輔助等創新科技於醫療場域,降低治療人力需求,加速病患功能恢復與回歸社區,減輕家庭與社會的負擔。另外,瞭解該訓練於中風復健成效之機制有助於該領域研究創新發展與優化相關設備與治療方案。
