Abstract
新興的癌症個人療法有一大部分都是利用DNA修補蛋白間之合成至死特性來達成。大多的癌症都具有DNA修補基因的缺失，若能找到這些缺失基因的合成至死基因，並進行抑制，可針對這些癌症細胞進行專一性的毒殺。因此若能找尋更多的DNA修補蛋白抑制劑並了解且其分子機制，則有極大的潛力於未來成為癌症個人化醫療之藥物。
