Abstract

本計畫開發自供電式微震動壓力感測陣列和系統晶片並嵌入新型一體式人工頸椎間盤當中,可以即時監測病患頸椎間盤的壓力分佈,減少因為不正常的姿勢或活動傷害頸椎間盤而需要再次進行手術的機會,也提供門診追蹤時醫師評估病患病況的指標。此功能性人工頸椎間盤的開發可以大幅提升我國的學術影響力,尤其是在半導體、IC設計、材料工程、能源科技、與醫學工程相關領域,也可以協助廠商成為台灣首家人工頸椎間盤的國產廠商,對於改善人工頸椎間盤術後照護的品質以及減少醫療資源的浪費有極大的幫助,符合國家智慧醫療的目標。
