Abstract

合適的劑量參數有助於達到最優化的訓練成果,考量療法的臨床適用性,了解不同劑量參數對於促進兒童發展的成效是很重要的議題。先前隨機分派研究已證實站姿式玩具車訓練有助於增進動作發展遲緩幼兒的功能性技巧和親子間關係,開創早療新方向。然而,此訓練強度高於臨床的常規治療強度,可能降低此訓練的臨床合適性。為探討不同強度參數的短期和長期效應,本研究將比較相同訓練量下,不同練習強度的早期電動移行訓練對動作發展遲緩幼童的短期和長期影響。另也結合創新之眼動追蹤儀分析注視行為和社交互動資訊,更深入了解移行經驗和環境因子間之關係。研究成果將有助於建立與劑量參數有關之訓練指引,也可做為未來推廣此類改造玩具應用的實證資料。
