Abstract

光學超穎結構鍍膜設計多仰賴商用軟體,但許多新光學特性(例如OAM,chirality)是非傳統光學元件所需要的功能,例如如何設計電漿子chiral陣列超穎結構產生更多熱電子(hot electrons),並結合光化學對利用太陽能之綠色科技於能源、環保是極有潛力的應用,可藉助模擬軟體先進行分析設計後,再製作測試,有助縮短研發時程及成本,但商用軟體未必提供此模擬功能。本研究開發電磁場模擬軟體,探討光與電漿子結構陣列的超穎介面作用,產生的光場自旋-軌道作用(SOI),有助於將光場軌道角動量的物理觀念,應用於各種新光學元件(超穎介面)設計開發,研發出創新突破光電產品。
