Abstract

嗜中性白血球的免疫功能在人類發炎性及自體免疫疾病的過程中常有失調的現象，所以如何有效調控嗜中性白血球之活性乃一重要科學及醫學議題。此計畫之結果將可分析了解嗜中性白血球如何活化之一重要機制，或許對未來調控相關疾病中之嗜中性白血球功能可提供另一個治療之標的。
