Abstract

本計畫是對藥物成癮的機制尤其是個體遇到壓力或是再次遇到藥物時的復犯行為有所了解,透過動物實驗的設計和操控,會讓我們有機會得以充分了解特定神經迴路、小分子核醣核酸以及壓力荷爾蒙對藥癮復犯的影響;這些知識的獲得可以提供臨床專業人員開發有效的治療策略,減少因為藥物成癮所耗費的鉅大社會成本,緩解對經濟的負面效應,也可以讓長庚醫學研究在國內及國際上的知名度和競爭力提升。
