Abstract
本計畫擬研究數個週期係數常微分方程式、時滯方程式、反應擴散系統、雙曲線方程式及感染年齡結構方程式去模擬人類免疫缺乏病毒(HIV)在大腦中之感染。
感染愛滋病毒的吸毒者有更高比例會遭受較高病毒量感染,而且宿主免疫反應有明顯減弱。
我們想更進一步了解大腦中病毒庫、藥物濫用、免疫反應、空間變化和HIV感染年齡的相互作用,而數學建模被認為對這些愛滋病感染機制的了解能有一些關鍵且重要貢獻。
