Abstract

根植於策略與財務領域之最新文獻發展,此三年期計畫藉由不同範疇的文獻探討、科學化程式語言技術輔以人工閱讀判斷蒐集資料、並架構跨領域理論,了解財務困窘公司的風險移轉策略行為,提供各行業如何改變公司資本結構以因應變局來創造回彈力(resilience),是公司經營極為重要的策略機制。希冀為國家發展帶來洞察,尤其是在以國家基金角度之債市投資、政府與市場應站在同一戰線、面對朝向已開發國家發展策略之困境等,能提供實踐理論的新典範,各單位能建立預測財困模型(financial distress predictions)以臻應用於提早示警系統(early-warning system),穩定社會與經濟發展。
