Abstract

臨床上肺癌為高發生率與高致死率的癌症,肺癌病人免疫治療在臨床上有20%以上的療效,是未來的治療選項之一。癌細胞除不斷增生,亦會造成免疫細胞活性耗竭,且癌病人對於免疫療法的抗藥性機轉都有待釐清,所以本研究將探討其細胞分子機轉,找出肺癌細胞抑制CD8+ T活性機轉,並以核醫造影劑技術或T細胞表面分子測定免疫活性,有助於未來發展癌症精準免疫治療。
