Abstract

臨床上肺癌為高發生率與高致死率的癌症，肺癌病人免疫治療在臨床上有20%以上的療效，是未來的治療選項之一。癌細胞除不斷增生，亦會造成免疫細胞活性耗竭，且癌病人對於免疫療法的抗藥性機轉都有待釐清，所以本研究將探討其細胞分子機轉，找出肺癌細胞抑制CD8+ T活性機轉，並以核醫造影劑技術或T細胞表面分子測定免疫活性，有助於未來發展癌症精準免疫治療。
