Abstract
With the fact that the hand-held equipments have become popular in computer consumption
market, we will explore the impact to mathematics digital learning system and study the
strategies of improvement for traditional techniques. At first, system well-tuning for traditional
digital learning techniques, which is used to create resources over the level of campus calculus
and advanced mathematics courses, will be studies such that could be also accessible by users
with held-held devices.
Computer algebra system (CAS) has been recognized as advance techniques having
potential to encourage versatile thinking in mathematics learning. Combining these two
merits by use of CAS and tradition digital learning system, the research aims to develop a
web-based light-weight CAS which allows learner with mobile devices to benefit from
traditional digital system.
To make the best use of hand-held devices, we will develop a universal framework for
creating Android App which can be used to wrap the content of learning sources in the digital
learning system. It should facilitate the use of hand-held devices in mathematics learning
system.
