Abstract

本計畫研究核醣體病變所造成的影響。核醣體雖然存在所有細胞，核醣體病變只影響特定器官組織，比如在人類核醣體病變特別影響紅血球發育及顏面骨骼。在果蠅核醣體病變特別影響觸覺剛毛的大小。本計畫利用觸覺剛毛為模式來研究核醣體病變影響特定器官發育的分子機制，本研究預期可對核醣體病變提供新的治療方向。
