Abstract

腎臟疾病為國人重要的健康議題,而急性腎損傷的治療與臨床預後仍需更有效的醫療策略。丹參為治療心血管疾病常用中藥處方,其成分如丹參酮IIA與丹參酚酸A在心臟血管疾病的研究均具有保護血管及抗氧化作用。本研究希望進一步研究在急性腎損傷組織中,丹參酮IIA與丹參酚酸A是否具有腎臟保護效果,並探討其減少急性腎損傷引起之鐵依賴性凋亡(ferroptosis)與壞死性發炎(necroinflammation)等機轉。此研究計畫希望能釐清腎損傷後合併預防前期細胞壞死與後期減少壞死性發炎的治療可能性。
