Abstract

口腔癌患者即使接受臨床治療後,仍面臨較高的抗藥性風險,進而導致復發,使口腔癌的死亡率居高不下。在本研究中,我們通過對OSCC腫瘤進行全面的蛋白質基因組學分析及臨床資訊比對,發現RRAS可能與口腔癌復發密切相關。本研究計劃結合細胞與動物實驗,並整合臨床大數據進行驗證,深入剖析RRAS在口腔癌致癌機制及復發中的作用。本研究的目標是通過全面解析RRAS的功能與機制,闡明口腔癌治療中的抗藥性問題,並提出創新的治療策略與生物標誌,期望能有效降低口腔癌的復發率,提升治療成功率,為患者提供更具前景的治療選擇。
