Abstract

本研究團隊參考先前質性及德菲研究之結果，正在在發展符合16-25歲第1型糖尿病轉換期病患健康照護需求的行動應用程式，延續計畫(1)的目的則為進一步評值「健康照護總裁」行動應用程式的介入成效。預計將研究結果撰寫成2篇研究論文，主題分別為「Health care CEO app 單盲隨機試驗protocol」及「Health care CEO app的介入成效」，投稿於SCI/SSCI期刊並在醫護相關之國際會議發表摘要，開啟與國際專家學者的學術對話，此APP亦可作為未來臨床照護的介入方式之一。
