Abstract

本計畫在學術上可建立新型cathepsin C抑制劑整合性研究平台，可作為中藥科學化、藥物化學、藥理與分子生物相關研究上之應用。在經濟上所開發的先導化合物，可進行技術移轉，提供製藥生技產業進行後續相關新藥開發流程。在社會發展上隨著霧霾與空汙日益惡化，相關肺部疾病的發生率增加，故本計畫的執行對於相關藥物的開發有其重要性。
