Abstract
本計畫旨在開發可檢測腎損傷疾病的比色分析平台。相較傳統方法，本計畫具有操作簡便、高敏感度、特異性高及成本經濟等優點。預期在醫療上，可早期發現急性腎損傷並避免延誤治療，提高病患存活率;在經濟上，可減少病患住院時間及後續治療支出;在學術上，可促進奈米、生醫及核酸技術領域的發展;在產業上，可開發出商業化快篩試劑，擴大相關檢測市場。因此，本計畫將可望在醫療、經濟、學術等各面向產生正向影響，造福腎臟疾病患者。
