Abstract

1.明確使用實證醫學辯論方法的期刊俱樂部於臨床問題應用的研究，對於畢業後第一年住院醫師來說，是否比傳統期刊俱樂部為更有效的學習實證醫學及教學。2. 構建實證醫學辯論方法期刊俱樂部應用於臨床問題解決的經驗的學習，推廣到其他醫院並持續執行。3.建立一實證醫學學習的方法及標準流程，以備推廣到各個職級的人員來學習。4期望將來可以推廣到國際，以傳達台灣學術發展的影響性。
