Abstract

肺癌高居癌症死因之首。同步放化療已逐漸被用於治療晚期肺癌病患,然而難以預期的抗藥困境持續造成病患的不良預後。因此,找尋有效的生物標誌來預測與及時監控放化療效益是必須的,而抗藥的基礎研究是新藥開發的基石。本計畫可以 (1) 讓我們了解 KPNA2與 PLSCR1 參與調節抗放化療的新穎角色與機轉 (2) 提供研究 PLSCR1在癌細胞內、外發揮功能的多體學研究法以及具有發展潛力的生物標記 (3) 提供針對抑制 KPNA2 介導的抗放化療的新藥開發基礎。預期對國人健康及學術發展皆有正面的影響。
