Abstract

空氣污染是民眾最關心的污染議題之一,而PM2.5更是空氣污染造成健康危害的主因之一,之前的研究顯示PM2.5的暴露除了會導致肺功能受損,也會引起肝功能受損甚至導致肝纖維化等病變與腎功能損害。不同污染源產生之PM2.5組成並不相同,而不同成分之PM2.5對於健康危害也不相同,而PM2.5中的哪個成分才是造成肝毒性與腎毒性的主因目前並不清楚。另外,工業區之排放、柴油引擎燃燒與線香燃燒所產生之PM2.5成分組成也不相同,所造成之健康危害可能也不相同。期望透過本研究能更了解不同PM2.5成分對於肝腎毒性之影響,提供之後對於PM2.5管制之參考,給予後續的空氣品質監控帶來更多證據與支持。
