Abstract

鋰離子電池的組成中,正極材料佔的重量以及成本都是最高的,過往正極材料是以鈷酸鋰或是含鈷的三元電極為主,而金屬鈷的價格也隨著鋰離子電池的蓬勃發展而快速上升,在2022年已經來到了每噸50,000美金,除了價格因素外,鈷原礦的不足以及其本身的毒性也讓人們開始尋找無鈷的電極替代品。鎳錳酸鋰具有高能量密度和高工作電壓等優點,但電池循環壽命不佳為其主要缺點,本計畫希望運用超臨界二氧化碳流體的特性,經由合成和表面塗層的方式來提升鎳錳酸鋰的穩定性,並搭配無負極的設置,開發出的鋰電池,將具有高能量密度、高安全性、相對低成本且低環境危害。
