Abstract
本計畫擬採用無鎘低維度覆板架構型，進行改善銅鋅錫硫硒光伏元件的光電轉換效率。預期能克服傳統CZTSSe材料中使用的非環保元素、嚴重的開路電壓損失現象，並提升吸收層對雜質和缺陷能具有更高的耐受性。在產業、社會及經濟發展面:提升銅鋅錫硫硒薄膜光伏元件效能，使其具量產化價值，帶動其相關應用面多元化；未來可促進與民生發展結合，達到永續化經營。
