本計畫測試各種新型抗真菌藥物對皮膚科抗藥性及重要致病菌的藥物感受性，實驗結果將做為藥物引進的參考，並可擴大這些藥物於治療皮膚科真菌感染的適應範圍，解決臨床治療藥物不足的現況。
