Abstract

B5G/6G將逐步擴展至毫米波頻段以提供更高速數據傳輸,而波束掃描可彌補毫米波傳輸距離限制、增加通道容量及通訊品質。本計畫開發”可切換八波束毫米波槽孔陣列天線”,具有同時在EL及AZ方向切換八波束性能,可應用於B5G/6G毫米波無線通訊系統。首先設計SIW E面與H面90°耦合器與-45°相移器,藉以組合為立體式4x4巴特勒矩陣,可省略crossover電路。進而採用雙巴特勒矩陣架構,設計跨層移位結構,結合兩組巴特勒矩陣、耦合器及2x4槽孔陣列,可同時達成EL方向±90°與AZ方向±45°與±135°相位差。模擬結果證實可產生八波束。本計畫提出之天線設計具有新穎性及實用性,可提升國內天線研究及B5G/6G通訊產業技術。
